Contracts

• Client will be required to sign contract provided by Photographer on the day of the shoot
• If Client is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian (21+) must be present to sign the contract and remain present during the duration of the shoot.

Usage and Licensing

• The Photographer, Abbey Koenig, retains the copyright and property to all images.
• The Client is granted to use the delivered images for:
• Website
• Social Media
• Self- Marketing

The Client may NOT sell or sublicense the images without written permission from the Photographer

Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required the day of booking to secure the shoot.
• All final payments are due the day of the shoot.
• Payments can be made via Cash or Venmo only.
• Any late payments will result in delay of delivery of gallery.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refunable. If the Client cancels the session, the deposit is forfeited to the Photographer.
• The Client may request a rescheduling within 7 days prior to the set shoot date, subject to the Photographer’s availability.
• In case of Photographer's illness or personal emergency, a new date will be arranged.

Editing & Gallery Delivery

• Standard editing is included. No RAW files will be delivered to the Client.
• The Photographer maintains full creative discretion regarding photos delivered to galleries, editing style, color grading, and artistic decisions.
• Gallery will be delivered via a link to a private gallery where the client can select the photos they want.
• Finals images will be delivered within 7-10 days of the session, or within 6 weeks for a wedding session.
• Any additional photos wanting to be purchased by the Client exceeding the number allowed in their gallery will be billed an additional charge per photo.

Client Cooperation

• Clients are expected to cooperate and communicate clearly. The Photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to the Client’s late arrival, lack of cooperation, or restrictions imposed by the venue or subjects.

Photographer's Rights

• The Photographer may use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
• The Client does not hold the right to request limitations on the Photographer’s use of the images.

Liability

• The Photographer is not reliable for circumstances beyond their control, including equipment failure, weather, or client tardiness.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid under contract agreement.

Additional Fees

• Additional edits at request of the Client beyond those included will be billed an additional base charge of $50
• A $50 surcharge will automatically be applied to the Client's final bill for any shooting location more than 1 hour of travel away from Photographer's base location.
